We provide a 30-day return window to ensure your complete satisfaction.
All eligible returns are processed as store credit, which can be used for size exchanges or toward other qualifying items on our site. Processing typically takes 5-7 business days once your item arrives at our fulfillment center. To initiate a return and receive your credit, please use our convenient Return Portal.

Exchange and Return Conditions
Return Deadline
- Standard Orders: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. You can check your order details in your [Purchase History].
- Holiday 2026 Extension: As a special seasonal offer, items purchased between November 14, 2026, and January 1, 2027, are eligible for return until January 31, 2027. Purchases outside this period follow the standard 30-day policy.
Required Item Condition
Items must be returned in brand-new, unused, unwashed condition, with all original accessories intact (such as tags, labels, stickers, and any included packaging). They must not fall under the "Non-Eligible Items" category listed below.
Non-Eligible Items
The following cannot be exchanged or returned:
Products that have been worn, washed, scratched, damaged, soiled, or altered.
Items marked as "final sale" on our website, including those purchased with promotional codes specifying final sale.
Hygienic or personal care items, such as swimwear, earrings, face masks, hair accessories, and similar products.
Items missing original tags, packaging, or accessories.
Non-store items (these will be disposed of if received at our fulfillment center).
Additional Note: We accept returns for opened items as long as they remain in pristine condition with all components present.
Exchange and Return Process
Since we are an online-only store at this time, all exchanges and returns are handled via mail. Here's how to proceed:
Log in to your account and access the Return Portal to start the process.
Select the items you'd like to return and provide a reason (this helps us improve).
Print the return invoice or packing slip from the Portal and include it with your shipment.
Package the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit—include all tags and accessories.
Ship using your preferred carrier (we do not provide prepaid labels). You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Retain your tracking number and proof of postage, as we are not liable for lost or stolen packages in transit.
Ensure all information on the return is accurate; inaccuracies may cause delays.
Refund Details
- Method: Refunds are issued exclusively as store credit for the item's value, excluding original shipping fees and any additional charges. No cash refunds are available.
- Inspection: Upon arrival, our quality control team will inspect the item. If it meets eligibility, your credit will be processed.
- Timeline: Expect your store credit within 5-7 business days of receipt at our fulfillment center.
- Delivery: The credit will be applied to your account and is redeemable immediately on our website.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support team at bvdorant@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide clear photos of the issue for verification—we'll guide you through the resolution process, which may include a replacement or full credit.
Our Rights Regarding Returns
To maintain fairness and prevent misuse, we reserve the right to limit, decline, or restrict returns in certain cases, including:
- Patterns of frequent or excessive returns that suggest temporary use (e.g., "wardrobing").
- Histories involving returned items that are used, altered, washed, damaged, or incomplete.
- Suspected fraudulent or inappropriate activity.
In such instances, we may also limit future account access or services on our website. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us serve all customers effectively.
